Radio frequency skin tightening
This is one of the latest forms of cosmetic surgery although radio frequencies have been used for over 60 years in surgery; it is a new advancement in cosmetic surgery due to the surgery being able to protect the epidermis while only working on the deep dermis and subdermal layers of skin. Radio frequency surgery differs from laser surgery in that the laser treatment tends to scatter or absorb in the upper layers of skin which make it extremely difficult to work with deeper layers without totally doing harm to the skins surface layer.

Spider veins are small but very unsightly clusters of veins which are red, blue or purple in colour and are more prominent on the ankles, calves and thighs, it is a condition which affects millions of women and it is thought that over half of the adult female population are affected by this condition. It cannot however help with the removal of crow’s feet or eliminate wrinkles; your surgeon will be able to give you an idea of how the surgery could help you on your first visit and initial consultation.
The face lift or Rhytidectomy
